There probably is that "one" pill that does work, but for the most part they are just mind pills that make you think your losing weight. Thats why they want you to put your scale away for 2 weeks. Your body reacts differently when it thinks something is happening.

I've been taking a lot of nutrition and health classes in college. I took one this semester, Diet and Nutrition Therapy, where we learned a lot about these "miracle pills." They will probably help knock off wter weight, but it will come back when you stop using the pills, and their effects will lessen which usually leads to eating disorders and abuse of diet drugs. The only true way to get the perfect body, is to be healthy. Stop eating chemicals, start exercising, and pay the hell attention to what you're doing to your bodies, it's the only one you'll ever have. Did you know that the majority of diet pills can destroy your body, and some may list death as a side effect so they don't get sued when the consumers body shuts down due to their lack of nutrition. Also, these pills claim to work with a regular exercise program and a healthy diet, if you're exercising and eating correctly, you'll lose weight. So, how would you know which one is actually working?
