Since Shinshi Doumei Cross is actually turning out to be a pretty long manga, I think any announcement of an anime will wait until the manga is over or really close to being over. This isn't a magical girl anime like Arina's others that can just end up with a different plot by the end. It wouldn't work the same way.
So...if there is going to be one, I think it will be announced when the manga is coming to an end.

Haine Sohma aw man i hope that would happen! i would like buy it and watch it over and over again! I'de love for it to happen as well...but it is highly unlikely. I read a few articles on Arina...turns out very few of her manga make it to the anime studios...Her stories are so rich and detailed...it's almost impossible to replicate...

Eskimo~Bunnie Haine Sohma aw man i hope that would happen! i would like buy it and watch it over and over again! I'de love for it to happen as well...but it is highly unlikely. I read a few articles on Arina...turns out very few of her manga make it to the anime studios...Her stories are so rich and detailed...it's almost impossible to replicate... I actually think it's likely....Her last 2 hits were Full Moon, KAmikaze and they were really good...I think this one will make it just because she is known now...besides they would be fools to not put it up

As much as I would love for that to happen it's...not likely. If you think about it, Arina's works have always been extremely popular...But rumor has it, she isn't really interested in making them into anime...That's why so few have been actually transferred into a show...But if they were to make one, I'd love to see it...

Well, Tanemura-sensei does say she tries to make works that are hard to turn into anime, but it seems she's always thrilled when they do become anime. If someone shows interest in turning it into an anime, I'm sure it would happen.
Now that the manga is getting to the end, I hope that there's some sort of announcement at some point. I really, really want an anime for some reason.
