This is a concept/quest forum for those of you out there who don’t have an ACC (or don’t have a second in some cases) and want to let everyone know you mean business! There are going to be a couple basic rules, but don’t worry. This is mostly just for you to show us that you’re out there and let everyone know where the competition is for children to be released in the future.

Rules:
1. One thread per quest. If you have multiple characters you would like to quest for you can have multiple threads. But please keep it one thread per character.
2. This isn’t really a rule.. But just because you made a quest thread, don’t expect that you have reserved the character you are after. Other people can still acquire it or compete for it if they get the opportunity. This is just to let it be known who you are after.
3. No getting in fights over characters. Two people can have a quest thread for the same character, that’s why it’s a QUEST thread.
4. Do not post in somebody else’s quest without permission. If you do make a thread, please post on weather or not it is okay for a shop owner to post in your thread with comments.
5. Same rules in the shop apply here. No flaming, things over PG13, all that jazz.
6. Please keep in mind even though this is a quest/concept forum, you are making these for characters with pre-existing personalities. So.. don’t like put anything in the thread like “and then when he becomes a teen the evil Raito will decide to be good and stopped using his Death Note and then turned homosexual for Milo.” Just.. no. No no no. For real that may get you gray listed.
7. This really shouldn’t have to be said but I’ll say it anyways. No questing for children that have already been adopted.
