It's not that it was bad, per se...but something that's criticized is that it isn't based on bodily integrity in the US, they didn't pay attention to certain things, and I'm sorry I can't remember what. I can look it up when the vicodin wears off but my head's sorta fuzzy right now. There's also a lot of people who argue that there was no constitutional standing, and this is not limited to people who disagree with the outcome. There are a lot of people who wanted a democratic ruling on abortion rather than a supreme court ruling, because they feel that would have been better in the long run for abortion rights and its acceptance.
