Kyrenx DarkShadowItachi7 Ice punch sounds good. What EVs are recommended, though? I know Attack is one now, and I'll probably boost speed some, but are there any other stats you guys would recommend? Don't remember...I guess it had it as a Kirlia. In any case, I'm still running him. Since you can nab Dawn Stones at the Pokeathlon, I may try to breed an Adamant in the future if I feel it's necessary.

Ok, so I'm wanting to train a Poliwrath for my water team (more than likely doubles, because of surf +water absorb) I need to know if you guys think I should go with Adamant or Jolly nature, and if I should pick body slam (for paralysis), and flinching with waterfall, or go for type coverage, and carry ice punch. The set is as follows:
Bulk up
Waterfall
Brick break
Ice punch/body slam

I'd go with Jolly, since Bulk up beefs him up. If you want the extra hit go with Adamant. I'd also go with ice punch instead... body slam only has a small window to paralyze and coverage is good.

Luckily it´s mega move set is also similar to it´s regular form.
I go for:
Jolly Nature with Scrappy
Atk 252 EV Speed 252 EV HP 6 EV
Fake out
Power up punch - This one works as a Swords Dance (if Mega) while doing decent damage if Super effective.
Return/Earthquake
Sucker punch

It does have a nice look to it, might have to try it sometime... once I get tired of my both physical and Special attackers.
