In Germany, despite however small it is, all offices must have some view of the sky.
In Finland, Taxi Drivers are required to pay royalties if they play music in their cars for paying customers.
In Norway, you must obtain a license before you can own a TV or VCR.

Arios V In Norway, you must obtain a license before you can own a TV or VCR. I know the reason for needing to be registered for a TV, it's a light emitting device and can be used to create a bomb or nuclear device of some sort, or so my uncle told me.

Actually, that same law exists in the UK as well. You have to pay tv license in Sweden too
