Okay, I've been going back and forth between a few things over the last few months as far as excercise goes, and I want to get something I can stick to that will be effective for weight loss. And omg, I've been making a bajillion threads here lately, and I don't know if that's a problem but sorry anyway. >_> Okay, so I'm trying to do at least 30min of DDR (hard mode) every day. I've also thought about adding 30 min of walking every day (or possibly a lot more; I can walk for longer than I can play DDR 'cause I have a short attention span and I can do stuff like use my laptop or read a book while I'm on the treadmill sweatdrop ). Then, I'm supposed to have swim practice from 6pm-7pm on monday-friday, but I can't always make it, so I usually end up going 3-4 times a week. ALSO... I have a couple fitness things that my mom bought me at my school's silent auction a couple months ago that I haven't used yet: a 1 month membership at a gym, and 10 lessons at this place called "cardio-barre", where, um... they do cardio stuff. At a ballet bar (I used to do ballet so yeah 3nodding ). Sooo... I'm not sure how frequent the bar classes will be, but how often (how many times a week, etc.) would you guys reccomend going to the gym for, and for what period of time (1 hour, 2 hours, etc.)? Whew, long post. Sorry. domokun

It seems like you're getting a lot of exercise in, every day!
Really I think that everyone should try to do as much exercise as they can, as long as it fits into their schedule well. I think that what you're doing right now sounds good.
But if you have time and you wanna do more, you can incorporate even more exercise. smile But I wouldn't do more than like 1 hour of intense excersize at a time, if you decide to go to a gym. Don't wanna go overboard!
