I posted this in my journal today, I was wondering if this is healthy? what are some things Should add/eliminate?
-2p.m.-glass of water
-had 2 more glasses of water between 3-4
-4.20p.m.-1 bannanna and 1 sliver of sweet/sour pork.
also took a multi vitamin today.
-had 1 apple at 5.15p.m.
-so, at this point I was very hungry, so I had a turky and cheese and lettuce sandwhich, with a little mayo (5.50p.m.)
-glass of water at 7.00p.m.
-for dinner I had 2 pieces of meatloaf, and zuchinni(8.30p.m.)+1 cup ice tea
-at 10p.m. I had another glass of ice tea. I am a sucker for flavored beverages...

No. The individual items are fine, very good for you, but you're not eating enough -- unless you're a Little Person and also quite thin. If you don't get a certain number of calories each day, THROUGHOUT the day (not starving all day and then having a huge dinner, but scattered throughout the day with meals and snacks), your body thinks it's starving. Then it reacts like it was designed to do: store food-energy in your fat cells instead of releasing it and letting it go. This will make you retain weight.
Talk to your doctor and find out a healthy balance of calories, fat, and fiber in your diet.
