A guy at work recommended this band to me so he lent me a CD to copy to my iPod... man these guys kick a**. I recommend this band to everyone who loves metal, and that means everyone here. They're extremely intense, and if I'm not mistaken it's the singer from Coal Chamber. So yeah, check 'em out, or if you already have post some thoughts on them.

I saw them at OzzFest, and I witnessed them opening for Moonspell and Opeth. They are just another nameless band without much to offer.

But then I bought their CD, and thought a little bit differently.

"This band is Devil Driver, and they do not have much to offer."

I saw them opening for Moonspell and Opeth aswell. It was the 14th of February of last year. They had some energy in their set, but overall it wasn't that enjoyable.

I live in Greenwood, SC. It's about a 45 minute drive from the GA border. I had to drive a good 3-4 hours to get to Charlotte -.- I probably would've seen them in Atlanta, but Atlanta's traffic pisses me off more than anything.

They are not nu-metal, death metal, or thrash -- they are just metal, which is something that is not around much these days, and I enjoy listening to them.
