K, so I never know whats healthy to have for breakfast. All my house has is sugar on sugar cereal, and I know thats bad for me.
I was think a couple scrambled eggs with peppers and tomatoes. ^ I think that would be healthy, but I can't have it every morning.
what are some other good ideas?

There are plenty of healthy cereals out there... I haven't tried a lot of them, but original Puffins are pretty tasty and healthy. 3nodding If you're gonna have cereal, though, make sure you have nonfat or at least lowfat milk. Personally, especially when it's with cereal, I don't notice that much of a difference...
Also, I've found nutri-grain bars and nature valley granola bars to make good breakfasts. Lowfat yogurt, too. Just some fresh fruit by itself would also probably be good.
Whatever you have for breakfast, though, just make sure you stay away from pastries! 3nodding
Oh, one more thing... always have water with breakfast. I always take a bottle of water or two with me to whereever I first go in the morning (school, work, anywhere). Making a habit of having a bottle or two before lunch gets you well on your way to getting plenty of water every day. biggrin

My favorite weekday breakfast or Saturday is a cup of nonfat yogurt (about 200 mL) and a banana, apple, or nectarine.
Saturday mornings I don't cook because it's the Jewish Sabbath and cooking isn't permitted, but Sunday mornings I like to make something kind of fun. KrustEaz makes a good nonfat pancake mix, for instance, and that's great with a little nonfat, no-sugar-added syrup and/or a cut-up banana or handful of berries. If I'm feeling like I want more protein, I scramble an egg and wrap it in a tortilla, add salsa, and sometimes a bit of nonfat cheese. Very good stuff.

My breakfast consists of a breakfast smoothie. It fits into a rather large cup, and can keep me going until lunch. The recipe should be on here (1 cup milk, 1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt, 2 cups fruit, 1 tablespoon of honey - blend).
There's also that healthy granola cereal. Just half a bowl of that can fill me up now. Variety helps a ton, then you don't get so bored and start getting the cravings for things you're not supposed to have.

When I'm in a hurry in the morning (which I often am), I drink a Slimfast. I like the "optima" kind that has more protein.
It fills me up pretty well, and it's a good source of vitamins and minerals.
But if I have more time, I like to eat a healthier cereal (like Basic 4, or something) with soymilk.
You can also get oatmeal with no sugar added, or "weight-smart" types. smile
When I have more time than usual, I like to eat eggs-- scrambled or "a la plancha" style with olive oil (spanish cooking technique, like frying with only a little oil.) The eggs keep me full the longest.

Also, Weight Watchers makes some really nice breakfast foods.
Yogurt and fruit smoothies Flavored yogurts Cereals Muffins
They're much lower in fat and overall calories than most other foods of their type, very healthy, and if you're doing Weight Watchers, helpful because they list the points value right on the box.

Eh I usually have fruit or Cherios. Whatever you do make sure you get plenty o' fiber, it keeps you fuller longer and is one of the most important nutrients that people get the least. I find slimfast doesn't fill me up, so I don't drink them but i sometimes eat a whole wheat bagel.

Fruit smoothies are yummy. x3 And despite how healthy you think bagels are, they actually amount to about 5 slices of bread... and muffins are usually two servings per muffin. :[
SO, when it comes to breakfast I like to keep it simple. Smoothies, power bars, slim fast shakes, plain fruit, etc. Your body doesn't need THAT much food to wake it up.
