Just a few quick guidelines that need to be read before people post.
Please read this whole page of posts before you post in the guild.
1) Follow the Gaia ToS and guidelines. Failure to do so may result in a guild reminder, a warning, or being banned from the guild. Anything that violates Gaia's ToS or the rules and guidelines will result in the user being reported to a Gaia moderator.

2) Please keep the guild PG-13. Any pictures (diagrams of anatomy, etc) or anything explicit MUST be linked (no direct-post in the thread), and MUST state that it is a mature link. Also, please run those types of links by me first before posting them.
Porn and cyber sex are NOT allowed, and will be reported to a moderator because they violate the ToS. They will also result in the user being banned from the guild.

3) No bumping allowed. Sometimes the guild is slow, and people may be slow to post and reply to your thread. Please give it time - bumping your thread will only annoy people, and it is unnecessary. Bumping will earn you a reminder the first time, and a warning the second time.

4) There is a system established in the guild for those who break rules. The system goes as follows:
A guild warning is given the first time you break one of the rules - repeat threads, repeated misplaced threads, and so on. If it's something more serious like lying, you will be automatically banned from the guild.
All ToS-violations will result in you being reported to another moderator and being banned from the guild.

5) Please respect the people here. Many people have been through different things, and just because someone has had an abortion or given away their child doesn't mean they deserve to be ridiculed or insulted. Please keep an open mind when considering teen pregnancy and sex (yes, this goes for me too), and just respect people's opinions and beliefs.
This has been expanded to include people who are pro-life or pro-choice - if you're going to say "don't have an abortion!! it's murder!" then please explain why you are saying it. To say an abortion is murder will probably upset some people, just as some people might be against pro-lifers, and would want to know why someone would say that too.
If you're going to disagree with something that someone is said, that is of course allowed. What is required is that the person who is disagreeing needs to explain WHY they are disagreeing, in a polite and respectful manner.

6) Please read the stickies in a subforum before you post. Sometimes your question may have already been answered in the stickies - if it hasn't, then you're welcome to post your own thread in the subforum. In addition, some topics like virginity and pubic hair have their own discussion threads in the form of a sticky. Again, please read through those stickies as well before making your thread. I spend many, many hours of a lot of these stickies, and it drives me nuts when people make a thread about something already covered in a sticky. sweatdrop They're there, so use them.
If you're unsure of where to post something, or where to make a thread, you can PM me and ask. If you make a thread in the wrong place, I will PM you to let you know that it has been moved. Exceptions to this are when I mass-move old threads to the Recycle Bin, but that isn't very often.

7) No lying. If a guild member make a thread and it is revealed that the member has been lying, that guild member will be automatically banned from the guild. Lying is not tolerated here.

8 ) Do not take problems with guild members into your own hands. If someone is being excessively rude or abusive, or if someone has posted something that you are worried about, please PM the thread to me and point out the post in question. I will then deal with the thread/post as soon as I am able to. This also including PM'ing other guild members to flame or harass them - please don't do it. Fighting will result in all members involved being banned from the guild without a warning beforehand. So this means if someone asks you to not post your opinion on something or if they ask you to leave, do it and don't bother them.
I also ask that if you're having a problem with another member, or if you see other members fighting in threads, please please contact me about it. I'm not online as much as I used to be, I have a life off Gaia, and so I don't always check everything as often as I should. If something's going on and it's disrupting the guild, please send me a quick PM to bring it to my attention.

9) No advice threads allowed in the guild. This is not the place for it. Making an advice thread will earn you a guild warning the first time, and being banned from the guild if it happens more than once.

10) Please don't make repeat threads (same thread in different subforums), or repeat posts (same posts in different threads).

11) Also, please don't revive dead threads. This is also called "necro'ing a thread". Please check the post date of a thread - if it's from several months ago, and has likely already been resolved, please don't post. It's pointless. Instead, please PM me the thread so I can deal with it and move it. Reviving dead threads repeatedly will earn you a guild warning the first time, and being banned from the guild if it happens more than once.

12) When posting, you MUST use the proper, medical terminology (p***s and v****a instead of their slang counterparts), etc. And when posting a story or describing something, please don't get too detailed or graphic. Such posts will be deleted and result in the user being banned from the guild. If you're not sure about something you want to post, please run it by me first. smile
This is also because if people are not using the proper terminology, and/or are being too graphic in their descriptions, this guild could be shut down for PG-13 violations. I have put tens of thousands of gold into this guild, not to mention the dozens of hours typing up material, and I would be devastated if I were to lose this guild. Please respect the rules.

13) No relationship solicitation threads please. If you're looking for a boyfriend/girlfriend, try dating websites, or going out and meeting people. This guild is not the place to post looking for a partner. Chances are you wouldn't meet someone you'd be interested in here anyways.

Other Things To Remember
Sometimes I have very little internet access, so there are times where I will not be in the guild for several days at a time. If something comes up during this time that needs to be dealt with in an emergency, you can PM me. If it's an absolute emergency, you can try e-mailing me (sometimes I only have time to check my e-mail, and not Gaia).
There's also a feedback sticky on the main page. If you have suggestions for things that can be added to the guild, please post them there. smile
Last but not least, if you ever have any questions about a rule or something else to do with the guild, PLEASE feel free to PM me! My inbox is always open. biggrin
