Here Is how you know if a letter is from a person or the game: Whene you move your cursor over the bottle message in your inventory, a small bubble pops up and will say "from (Insert username)" If its from a person. If it's from the game, it says "message in a bottle" (i think; it's something along those lines, anyway).
