Does anyone know how to get rid of a double chin? that fat won't leave.

I don't know about your first question (I would suggest googling it 3nodding ) but yeah, people from outside can see your posts. If you want to lessen the chances of that happening, there's an option you can set on the guild home to hide the guild from the publicly listed guilds on your profile.

Supposedly eliminating dairy from you diet entirely shrinks your face in general...but I'd check up on that before trying it.
