There are a lot of anatomy issues. I know that you did not intend to focus on anatomy, but to have a good drawing/painting of a being, you need to have the anatomy work, whether it's stylistic or basic real anatomy. You obviously know of some of the anatomy issues so please point them out, and I will make a follow-up comment on anything else that will improve your picture.
You did do a good job on the water coloring, by the way. Much better than your other previouslu posted watercolor picture.

I agree, there are quite a few anatomy issues and the watercolors in general seem well done. The contours in the background color is too obvious, you might want to blend the background more.
All in all, though, I like this pic. It almost seems like modern art in its composition. Since you are beginning though, I would suggest learning how to draw realistically before getting really stylistic. Also, you get super brownie points for painting a really nice bright red Converse All Star high top shoe - the best shoe ever.

I know the shoulders and knees need a bit of work.

I see how it is a manga-styled painting, but like boo_moo said, anatomy is the key. I liked your color scheme, that it looks like you have a strict palate of dark colors, but the red really brings out and adds interst to the piece. Good job!

I would like to point out that you have the potential to become a master at those watercolors. Watercolors are the hardest paint to control, you seem to have a sense of control with them. Just keep practicing and use the constructive crits that are given to you.

Some work in the arms should help; the legs too. I see the forehead is weird. I agree for the anatomie issues.

I'm not a fan of manga styled art, but you certaintly did a great job on those colours! I've been trying to get watercolours to work for me for ages, and I don't think I will ever get that good. I like the shoes in paticular, you did a very good job on those.

Its good since I don't look at manga much the colours you used give a very bored effect. Anatomy can help and make the picture give a realistic edge. Other than the proportioning, everything seems good. Good job with the folds.

Wow! You really made the colors pop and really bring your picture out to its fullest! It really IS hard to work with watercolors but you seem to have such a good beginning handle to them! Keep up the practice on watercolors and learn as much as you can because I really can see you going somewhere with them! This pictures shows that!
Things I would like to point out to fix are the overextended leg and shoulders/arms. Anatomy is so very hard and you really have such a fresh start! Don't be afraid to use your friends to model for you or even yourself to help you out with things like this! That is what I do and it works out great! Before you draw a pose make sure you practice with a few doodles in a sketch pad so that you can work out the kinks beforehan!
I really do LOVE this picture! You have just the right balance of color and a great composition going! Please, keep up the great work! I can't wait to see more from you!
