Jamie grinned, gave ********* a kiss and produced some shineys from his pocket. He set them on the floor of the shop, then hid behind some tools, waiting for Diana to take the bait.

Duncan wandered by, shaking his head as he saw Jamie and ********* hiding behind some tools. "That boy's up t'no good..." the neko muttered, the nwalked past, popping the two in the back of the head, not too hard, just enough to startle, and wandering on, knowing he left his favorite squeaky mouse somewhere.

ANNOUNCEMENT
I have taken the decision to move both Shop Basement and Prehistoric MB back to the Gaian Mythbusters.
This has been decided for many reasons, but the crux of it is this:
Diana and Duncan, you are my friends, personally. This is not a reflection on either of you personally. However, I am not really pleased that when I create a storyline that Diana either doesn't care about it, or tears it up at random using magic just to bend to her will. I understand it is the nature of her character to be "chaotic neutral" however, this roleplay is not based on D&D and I, having never done D&D find it very frustrating to try and engage one of the main characters who basically doesn't care about anything but her own self-serving interests which don't include playing with the group, going along with storylines or even allowing herself to be engaged in 'comeuppance' for the nasty tricks she pulls. Basically I feel Diana uses her magic as a way to bend situations to her will, regardless of the other characters rights.
Duncan, I am not sure why you hate Jamie so badly, but for you to make a statement such as you don't want to "keep company with either Jamie or *********", them being main characters in this RP, has limited your roleplay to basically just Red, Adam and Diana. Seeing as Red and Adam no longer 'live' at the shop, where Diana and Duncan do, he has limited himself to just interracting with Diana. How is this conducive to playing any plot whatsoever? Now that ********* has come back, Jamie is playing a much larger role in the RP, where before he was underused. I have really tried to make plots to engage you both, I went along with your "go to Ireland back in time" plot, Duncan, but it's like both you and Diana lose interest, decide you don't want to do it and it's left on my shoulders to sort out and make right again.
I am sorry that ********* and Jamie went 100 pages of Adult-situational RP but frankly it's refreshing to play a storyline with a character who wants to keep up the pace of a dramatic/serious/romantic situation longer than 30 seconds without getting bored and wanting to fireball it to hell!
I know it's AU but I'd really like to keep the gratuitious magic-your-way-out-of-everything down to a minimum from here on in and rely on cunning, wits and personality to get out of things as opposed to presto-chango you're a newt now move out of my way! After all, the actual Mythbusters show uses only the magic of special effects knowledge to replicate myths which is skill, cunning and technical ability, not actual magic.
I hope you both understand, and as I said, it's not a reflection on either of you personally, but after all, the Gaian Mythbusters started as my guild, my 20,000k shelled out to start it, and I have tried my best to make you happy players and characters but it seems like my efforts are always in vain, so I have given up trying to make plots to appeal to your characters as it doesn't seem as if they care if I do - or want to interract with other characters except for imposing some kind of silence or torturous magic so that your characters get their ways - anyway.
