it seems to me for levitation, he uses magnets. Is that feasible?

I haven't seen this Criss Angel's stuff, but the bullet trains and such use superconductors to make powerful magnetic fields to levitate the trains, thus reducing friction by a lot. Sure, it also requires powerful cooling mechanisms to let the superconductors work, but yes, magnets can be made powerful enough to levitate things.

It would probably require an electromangetic, which are usually pretty hard to conceal, especially if you need to focus the field to keep the audience's change from rattling around in their pocket. The most powerful permanent magnets can produce a field of only a few thousand Gauss if you plan to keep them at a size that's concealable.
So while magnets could certainly be used, I doubt the ones that would work for this trick would produce strong enough fields. Not to say that's not what he in fact uses, but it'd just blow my mind and I'd crap myself if it were.

It could be magnets, but it is not very feasible.

I'd say it's more of a trick of light, money and a glass bridge.
Magnets could also be used, but like said earlier, it would not be feasible.
