kazuma wakes up from his deep sleep( man what time is it oh crap I'm going to be late) so rushes to the shower but his hot water was turned off today (cold water!!! cold water!!! aghhhhh) then he rushes over to leave out his apartment but when he left he forgot its saturday (no ninja pratice today).

-walks in apartments and looks around- Nice place...hmmm but i think ill just make my own home....then i wont have to pay rent...-goes back outside and about 12 yards away focass a large amunt of chakra into the empty space.Wood starts to spread into a square about the size of an apartment,and after about 20 minutes a secure structure with a door and a roof is established. _mkaes sure you can enter by chakra signatures since, theres no other real locks-

actually the paying rent is a figure if speech you dont have to really pay rent just post stuff.
