cloud gets uppercuted but it poofs away revealing it to be a shadow clone as electricity charges from the ground towards kamakaze as cloud uses his chidori nagashi technique.

Kamikazi jumps back out of the way and say lighting style twin headed thunder dragon jutsu. Then a twin headed came out of the sky and headed for Cloud

cloud simply raised his hand as he charged it with chidori into the dragon then simply extended chidori into the dragon then simply redirected in to sky forming thunder clouds as it start to rain as cloud looks at kamakaze with an intense look "simple basics in lightning element kami one can channel electricity if one has the proper conduit to control it if you want a real lightning technique then by all means Ill give you a demostration" cloud looks up as in the sky a huge concentration of electricity appears above the entire area "beneath the skies lies the forbodding thunder clouds and the crashing lightning"

Kamikaze dodges the attackand does hand signs. Then says "lighting tornado jutsu" and fires a lighting vortex at Cloud.

((dude you can dodge the attack didnt you get the 1/1000 of a second part thats near the speed of stinking light you cant dodge it, technically its is the fastest technique in the world of naruto it is lightning itself its actually impossible to dodge ask muko or grimmjow))

cloud look over kamikaze "sorry if that was overkill but I had to show someone the ultimate lightning technique sooner or later no worry I didnt aim for a leathal move so you should be able to move soon the electricity will be somewhat paralyzing I should head back now" cloud leaves some medical supplies next to kamikaze to help himself as he leaves in a yellow flash.
