Yeah, as it say above. I spent many an hour pouring over the internet to try and find a nice replica. But it seems that too many people wan the new series on. I have one, as well as a cyberman head. They are lovingly made. But the new series sonic justs lacks something. It might be simply that they are made of plastic that takes away this feel that the metalic classic sonic has. I dunno. Still, if anyone knows where i can get one, it would be much apriceated! ^^

I did that once the result was far from the best. It lacked any real relivence to the design. Still, as I have the long hual of the summer ahead I might as well try to make another on.

I know there used to be good metal ones that came in a pouch, probably high-dollar...but I don't know where they came from. The Beeb could have even stopped them from making them any more, who knows? :X I remember someone had one at one of the cons I've been to in the past--I recall it being shown to Colin & he kind of went, "Oo!" as he looked at it, so it was probably very well-done.

Takuha Freaj Here's the one that apparently Patrick Trouton used: And here's the current sonic: lol, that's a devise used to test the air in the car tire. The top part connects to the air cap, and there's a bar that pops out at the other end that tells you what the air presser is in it. You can see the little bit of white at the end. That's the bar. So, if any of you want a "Sonic Screwdriver." The type Trouton used. Go to your local car parts store, buy the thing for something like three bucks or less.

Not necessarily. Back then, they were on a VERY low budget. It wouldn't escape me to think that they just picked up an item and said, "This works."
