I know im fat but what the hell!! Ok I was at church with my brother, sister, and grandma. Surprisingly nothing went wrong at first. I decided to go get starbucks from across the street from the church (of course it was a Venti Double Chocolate Chip Frappacino!! My favorite!!). I come back and there is some lady from the church talking to my grandma. So I walk over and the lady says "Oh honey thats not good for the baby referring to the frappacino. wht the hell is that. Im not the kind of person who gets mad that easily but damn does it realy look like im pregnant? I dont think so I would let yall see but I dont got a picture. But I am so mad right now. Im not used to that. Sure I can handle that from my brother or sister but someone i dont even know!!! twisted

I had that happen to me while I worked at the library. I've got this vampire-sleeved shirt which you can tie underneath your breasts to accentuate them. But I've got a big belly as well, so it accentuates both. Apparently that fools people into thinking I'm pregnant. Some of my regulars still seem to think I left because I was getting a kid. mrgreen
Just laugh about it. That's what I do. Not much sense in getting mad about it. Usually those people become hugely embarassed once you inform them that you're merely fat.

You don't sound like you'd look pregnant to me, but it's hard to tell without a photo.
I'm the same height, older and quite a bit heavier and nobody has ever mistaken me for being pregnant. Might be your stomach shape, because mine is clearly not holding a baby.
Also, I love double chocolate chip frappacinos...a lot.

I was with my friend in winter once in town and a man asked my friend Matt for a cigarette rolling paper. Matt was shivering and the man goes,'you should eat more, get more fat on ya it'll keep you warm, im right aren't I love.You're not cold at all' turning to me.
I walked off and cried in the book shop toilets. I don't like being spoken to like that. I was 14 or 15 at the time. I can honestly say I feel bad for not eating for like 2 days after that, I was so emotional because he made me feel worthless.

There was about a 5 month span last school year when people thought I was pregnant, pretty soon I just said screw it and let them think what they wanted,you know? No use getting upset. Me and my friends even played it up as a joke.
I did get upset when there was a rumor going around that I was pregnant shortly after my mom died because I gained alot of weight very quickly.
But the rumor itself wasn't what upset me, it was the rumor that went along with it that upset me.
I say just let it go, people will always make stupid assumptions so why let it bother you?

I can't count the number of times guys have told me something they should have kept to themselves that hurt my feelings, but I usually try to realize they're just dipshits and say these things without realizing "Hey, I shouldn't say this 'cause I'll look like an a**."
Like when a guy asked me if I smoked and said that his girlfriend said I looked old, even though the guy liked me. And then later he was like "I DIDN'T SAY YOU LOOK OLD, IT'S WHAT SHE SAID" wtf? Then why tell me at all if you don't agree, that's not really going to impress me (this same guy has begged me to date him).
And I know for a fact I warp half the things my boyfriend says and turn them into something upsetting when he didn't mean it that way, and I'm sure I and everybody else do that with other people, too.
