well Zakk has gone from GHS to Donlop and i cant get the GHS set..or can i? and do they have the new ZW set in the .11 guage? HELP ME!!??!!?? and if no new zw in.11 is there any other set that comes in.11?

stores should still be selling the GHS strings, cause if not, Im screwed (the Zakk Wylde Signature GHS Strings are my favs). If they did already take them off the shelves, there are companies that do offer single strings for custom sets, like D'Addario.
You could always just go to your local guitar shop and talk with the employees, ask them what they think would fit your needs.
Just note that if you end up changing to a different string size, you will have to get your nut re-slotted for a snug fit (least ye break the nut)

as far as ive checked almost every brand has 11s. earnie ball, dr, GHS(in none zakk form), d'addario, elixer...

the thing about the Zakk Wylde GHS Boomers is that they are a custom set and thus different from standard 11s. they are actually .011-.070s and I actually have still found them on juststrings.com.

then write down the guages and go to your guitar store and say give me "guages of strings" and they will give them to you. you guys can make custom sets of strings, your not limited to what comes in the package
