Right so from time to time the shop thread is boggled down with random bits of feedback.. and to be honest it gets buried and forgotten. So if you would like to leave feedback this would be the proper place to do so. Keep in mind that all of the staff is human (well we aren't sure about Foxumon), ... we make mistakes and will forget things.
We also all have lives (or we think we do) outside of Gaia, so if something takes more time then you think it should that's because real life takes precedence over online stuff.
This thread will be set up in 3 staff posts, then you guys are free to post your comments, complaints and overall feedback.

-Why isn't my digimon a ___ level!!?!?! gonk Remember that your digimon will only grow by default to the level we promise it to. If you get a flatsale and we say it will only grow to rookie, you should only expect that. If you have a breeding and yours only grows to rookie, that's how the dice were rolled.
It has become apparent that a couple people have abused the growth thread and requested Champion or higher growth for digimon who were only said to reach rookie by default.
If you aren't sure what your digimon should grow to, you can post it in the growth thread and ask if it should grow more or you can pm the staff member you got it from. Just because you've had a rookie for a long time DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL GROW TO CHAMPION!!-It takes too long for my digimon to grow!!! scream Alright let's take a step back, your digimon will grow normally like this:
egg to baby> Takes the least time to grow, baby to in-training> should take just a little longer then the time it took to grow to baby...
Do you see a pattern? If your digimon is meant to grow to rookie and it only takes a couple days for the egg to hatch, then a week for the in-training stage to develop it will most likely take MORE than a week to reach rookie .. the higher the level the longer it will take.
If you REALLY want your digimon to grow from egg to rookie just say so. But don't expect the stages you skipped to be colored for you. -I want a ___________!! crying Why don't you have thousands of them for me to buy!!???!? Wow.. there are TONS of digimon that we have lineart for that we rarely get a chance to use because everyone wants so many of certain digimon. We are trying to offer variety, while a shop of Gatomons, Angemons, Lucemons, and Renamons is just dandy it's also obnoxious and boring.
Staff members have become aware of the ungodly amount of some of these digimon and most are trying to avoid them. Try coloring 50+ gatomons, or 6+ Angewomans in a row.. it's no fun.
The digital world is diverse, if there is a digmon you REALLY REALLY want, save up and try a bribe or look for a custom spot. -Why do Digimon cost so much!!?!?! domokun They don't. If you look at other stores you'll see pets of the same or lower caliber being sold for double the amount. We try to keep the prices low, but a growing 5 stage pet, for less than 5k isn't really worth the colorists time. That's 1k a stage, plus the time it takes to cert it and grow it.
Customs cost more because they tend to involve a lot of work.
Breedings from this shop are really cheap!
Custom lineart is expensive because it takes a lot of work!
If an auction goes above your range, that's no fault of the shop, that just mean someone wanted it more than you and saved up for it.

Like, if you like one cert better than another, or you think that we overuse a coloring technique. Or maybe you feel our shop thread isn't set up very clearly or the RP plot could use some tweaking.
Just remember if you post a comment, you should also post a solution like:
I think the current DATs plot is unfair, I don't think only DATs members should have digimon.
Maybe we could have a branch of revolutionaries against DATs?See, something like that would be very helpful. 3nodding
