Hello Everyone,
I'm pretty new here, and I'm from Hell AKA Phoenix, AZ. I'm planning on moving with my son to Scotland within the next year or two. I'd like to start off in Glasgow, because it's inexpensive, and I'm somewhat familiar with the area. However, I'd like to settle and raise my son in a nice small town or village. Any suggestions?

Cynthia - Places near Glasgow that are nice are Falkirk, Sterling, Alloa (my aunt lives there!) and Denny.
They are just a few.

burky_boy
They're two people in the guild that live in Scotland. They both live in a town called Paisley about 15 minutes by train away from Glasgow. I've been a few times. It's apparently the biggest town in Scotland or one of but it really isn't all that big.
if you want to know anything i suggesting asking burky_boy as he's live din Scotland all his life and visits the forum more frequently than Stem.

Isn't burky's username "burkyboy", rather than "burky_boy"? Unless he's changed it recently...
