Good idea. O: But who would pick the winner? Like, a pannel of judges, or would the members nominate avatars and vote on the winner?

Someone can start a sticky...where the avatar in the spotlight will be posted.
There members can nominate other people to be in the spotlight...we can do a weekly...maybe monthly spotlight....and then when we get 10 avatars (if there's more, the mods can decide the top ten) and post them in the second post, number them, and set up a poll so all members can vote for their favorite.
Once an avatar gets a certain number of votes/by a certain date...that avatar will be announced the winner and placed on the first post in our special little spotlight deal.
Maybe someone can rig up a background of like...a runway...or a winner's circle type thing....and make it all pretty and magical and stuff.
