Runic is a folk metal band from Spain, and i bought their cd not too long ago. At first impression i wasn't much impressed, then again i had just been blown away by Falkenbach so pretty hard shoes to fill. I have them another listen as i was cleaning the kitchen the other day and again a listen last night in my room. I highly reccomend them to anyone who enjoy good ol' folk metal with black-ish style vocals.

Good stuff. At first listen i wasn't impressed but i changed my mind at second try.

Well, i don't think they are great, although they are considered to be by the people intersted in viking (yeah, viking)... anyway, they r good enough and i can drink beer with them so thats ok hihi 3nodding

They are more folk than viking, methinks.
I don't think they are epicly amazing but they do deserve some attention.

dunno, they consider themselves viking (you just have to look at the cover)... im not the best to judge this kinda music anyway =)

I saw the cover, i have the cover. Eh, i could be wrong but i put my faith in with the folk since they show grand usuage of folk elements in Liar Flags.
