Well, I just played the Legend of Zelda: The WindWaker, and I decided that I'd always loved the Zelda music. It gets me all starry eyed... whee
AND the Mario theme's always in my head.

Final Fantasy VIII - Opening Theme
I also liked the music in the Grand theft Auto games but thats because they are real songs.

I love all the Final Fantasy music! It freaked me out on VIII when the Faye Wong song played and it had LYRICS! eek
My favorite VG song is the theme song for Devil May Cry 3!
Adding to what dragonrock said, you can also go to www.bluelaguna.net they have FMVs as well as songs for most video games.
