how often do people train their weaker side of their body,
ie your non-writing hand side
my dad always told me the more you train the weaker side(left) the more the good side(right) improves.
i never gave much thought to it so just trained both sides equaly has anyone found training left side more has advantages
when i say train i mean techniques, not weight training or plymetrics.
