heart strawberry suprise heart

Take an ordinary sponge cake and cut out cute shapes.

Frosting
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

fresh strawberries, decoration

cut out the sponge cake pieces, frost each side, go crazy with decorations!

personally, i like to fan the strawberries then add a little chocolate or caramel design, btw you dont have to use strawberries either, theyre just my favorite fruit so i used them n a recipe

Yay! Im so happy!~ Ok, well here is one of my recipes!

Cinnamon Almonds (like the ones you buy at the mall during Christmas!!!)

1/3 cup of butter
2 egg whites at room temperature
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of sugar
3 cups of whole natural almonds
4 teaspoons of cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place butter in a 13" x 9" pan; place in oven to melt butter about 7 minutes
Meanwhile beat egg whites with salt until frothy; gradually add sugar, beating to stiff peaks.
Fold in almonds and cinnamon
Pour almond mixture onto pan; toss with butter.
Bake about 40 minutes tossing every ten minutes, until almonds are crisp
Serve warm or room temperature.
They last up to 2 weeks.
~~~~~~~~~DO NOT WORRY IF THEY LOOK LIKE A TAN RUNNY SUBSTANCE WHILE YOU ARE MAKING THEM!! IN THE END, IT WORKS OUT!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hmm, the other day I made a dozen gluten-free cupcakes. They were chocolate, with buttercream frosting and grated belgian chocoalte and chocolate curls on top.
