An orange and green tail fluff wiggled in the air above the couch, attached to it was an orange and green feli but upon entering the room one would not see all of her, for she was head-first, down behind the couch; searching for something. Searching for her new headphones, they were tiny things, much smaller than her well loved headset, but they didn't weigh so much on her ears. Trillatay's ears were slightly sore today, she'd gotten six new holes and little silver rings to go with them. Tria happily sported the new jewerly and tolerated the new pain that went with them but wouldn't cause more for herself just for the sake of listening to Hyde.
Bringing her body up slowly she grumbled out loud, "Not here either! If Dark has taken them, he's sure hid it well. I don't know where else to look." Tria had taken to talking to herself more and more as she spent time alone and didn't think someone overhearing her whining self pity as she flopped onto the couch and slumped.

Ew. ew. ew. ew. ew. EW! Almalphia's nose wrinkled at the dishes she was working her way through, half of her body soaked from the ears down in suds and water and.. whatever was stuck to these plates. It was just plain wrong. Her forelegs ached from scrubbing these for so long, but eventually her efforts paid off; the last of the dishes was clean!! She wiped her brow, then rinsed the plate and stuck it on the drying rack with the rest of the dirty dishes. How felis managed to dirty up plates like that... she didn't want to question it. Instead, she rinsed the soap from her fur and let the water out of the sink. Drying off was going to be difficult.. but that was fine.
The pink feli refrained from shaking herself, instead dabbing at her fur with a towel. Looking about herself she smiled, finally finished with the kitchen. Giving a happy sigh, she re-folded the towel and hung it over the stove's handle before hopping off the counter. That was when she noticed one thing she'd overlooked--a little white bud sticking out from under the stove, almost blending in to the linoleum. Her eyebrows raised and she pulled the headphones out from under there. They didn't seem to be tied to anything....
Almalphia gave a little shrug. Someone had probably lost them, which followed that they'd be looking for them. Therefore, a sign of some sort was in order as it would be hard to otherwise communicate with the various amounts of feli that came around the house on a daily basis. She took the headphones in maw and headed into the living room to find some paper.
Up on the desk in the living room, Almy dropped the buds and glanced about the desk. She hadn't begun re-cleaning this room ((it seemed she had to do it every day!)) and already she felt herself twitching at the mess. Attempting to ignore it, the feli began to dig through scribbled on papers in a vain to find a pen when something moved out of the corner of her eye. Glancing up, she was surprised to find something green and tail-like bobbing behind the couch. Opening her mouth to greet whomever it was, a voice she hadn't heard in quite some time interrupted her, seemingly muttering to itself.
Almalphia's eyes widened in surprise, then her mouth twitched into a smile. Oh what a wonderful surprise! "What are you looking for, Tria? Maybe I could help."

Tria cringed for half a second she hadn't noticed anyone else about, in the next half her whole demeanor changed, ears perked and head raised, it wasn't just anyone but her dearest friend. "A-almy?"
Trillatay blinked, it had been ages since she'd seen Almy and now here she was in the fur~ Down from the couch and across the room in a flash Tria bound up to the desktop and flung her arms around the water femme. "Almy!" She squee'd hugging tightly and then let the other go, taking a step back and her foot slid a little on the strewn papers. "It's been to long, how are you?" Her voice calmed drastically, it was so nice to see Almy again, they could catch up but Tria felt that they'd probably lose touch again after this time together, not for any reason in particluar, that's just the way it was. It made her melancholy but that was what she believed, as true as it may or may not be.
"I was just looking for my headphones, I have a feeling my little brother is behind them going missing, he takes my stuff." She finished lamely, still not sure why sweet little Daisuke had grown into this Dark, even after all this time.

"Tria!" Almy laughed as she was tackled and returned the hug enthusiastically. She hated having lost touch with her friend, but sometimes those things happened... especially when your human decided to drag you off somewhere else for a long time. They were back now, however, and it was good to see her again. She reached out a hand to help her, when she slipped, then settled it back on the ground when Tria didn't. "Oh I'm... frazzled," Almalphia laughed lightly, pawing at her still-damp floor. "But in a good way, i suppose..."
She paused, her ears tilting to the side, then offered up the headphones she'd picked up earlier, "Could these perhaps be them? I found them under the stove of all places..... I can't imagine why little Daisuke would do steal something like that. or choose such an unusual hiding place, either."

With a half smile and a nod of gratitude Tria accepted the buds, all thoughts of settling somewhere soft and warm with her music gone from her head for now. "Oh thank you for picking them up, but why are you frazzled?" Tria eyed the dampness, she had had the thought that Almy had been swimming but she smelled dish soap when she stopped to breathe it in. "Are you doing all the chores around this place again Almy?"
Tria didn't need an answer to know that it was true, when left to it's own devices this place kept itself moderately clean but Almy had come with her determination and made it -spotless- when she could keep up. Tria wondered when it was that Almy had gotten back, if she payed better attention she might of noticed that the purplie-pink aqua was around, but Tria was Tria, and she was oblivious when at her worst. "What are you going to work on now, I'll help you and we can catch up." Tria began by sifting through the papers and shoving the less used ones back into the desk the others she let fall into the wastebasket. "Little Daisuke isn't as little anymore, or as Daisuke. Somewhere along the way he grew up," Tria admitted while sorting papers, confusion clear in her voice. "He's drastically different from that sweet, shy and silly kit you knew from before."
