The year is 3254, earth has fallen into three major powers, the united socialist republic (formerly The USSR) The region of Neroimus and The American Continental Federation. These three powers now control the global goings on, the smallest of these is the region of Neroimus consisting of the Tepublic of Morskoj, The Kingdom of Sal Kar, and the Democratic Republic of Tarakia. These three nation contain the last major recourse deposits. Fertile land and forests in Tarakia, Lush oil fields in Sal Kar, and mineral Rich mountains in Morskoj. With the region on the brink of war, the two Mega-powers chose alliances and support in the form of ACV's a new age form of tank, more commonly known as 'Mechs or Hounds these machines, fighting in packs of six
Thunder towards their targets and the inevitable war.
