So I plan to make a katana and a (I don't konw the exact name) KH sora weapon...
How would you guys make them? crying I am desperate!!

well ther eis proabably a thread on cosplay.com or cosplaylab.com or somewhere else, just dont forget to adhere( lol i used a new word XD) to teh rules and regulations so you can show it off at a con.

well you could always buy a cheap plastic one and alter the heck out of it that's what i do all the time

well i use the plastic stuff then alter it and if it's halloween i then get all my weapon stuf

I would do what Outlaw does. In fact, my friend borrowed my plastic wakizashi for that reason alone. I told her she could do whatever she wanted so long as I got the sword back in one piece (two if you count the sheath) and she ran any permanent changes by me first. That was a month ago...I don't think she ever started rofl
I actually bought that plastic wakizashi at a tag sale for $.25 for the reason of "I might be able to use it for cosplay. If not, no big deal that I wasted a quarter."
