I've sent a ton of complaints to Gaia trying to get the Nazi guild permanantly iced. It doesn't seem to work. Has anyone else noticed that there seems to be no law enforcement on Gaia? I know that the population of younger kids here is probably the same as on Neopets forums, because there seems to be an abundance of pregnant 10-year-olds over in life issues, but on neopets you'd be frozen for supporting anti-semetic behaivior, and here on Gaia, it's like "Okay, we're admins, but what do you want us to do about it?"

But the fact of the matter is that online forums make their own rules, especially those catering to people from many countries. In a sense, they function as digital countries with their own rules, the TOS. And the fact that many people on Gaia find the Nazi guilds cruel and unusual constitutes grounds for banning.

well anyways basicly i think that gaia won't listen to people
they will listen say we'll put it on our ten mile long todo list and then when we get around to it we'll bann them

and when they did get around to it how would they ban it? ban all the members in the guild of just distroy the guild, how would they stop them from creating a new one.

what would they do to the popular guild called "grammar nazi's"

the word nazi it's self creates a very angery emtion chemical thingie in your brain ... learned it from science class
but basicly what i'm saying is you can't try and stop hatred you just give ti something to fuel off.

if you ban them then they move and go "oh they were trying to limit our freedom our birthrights that isn't right or human there for they are s**t we should kill them" boom another big world war, then world ends we all die?

the nazi guild should be permenantly banned because their words are not covered under the first amendment's protections. Racial slurs and sorts are not covered. Freedom of Speech in the United States is generally protected by the First Amendment. However, there are many exceptions to this general rule, including the Miller Test for obscenity and greater regulation of so-called commercial speech, such as advertising. those comments infringe on our rights to life, liberty and the percuit of happiness

I think the mods need actual proof that the guild is being racist, and unless someone goes in there and finds out, you can't do much about it.
