I'm making a ciabatta bread topped w/ spinach, black olives, and mushrooms. Does anyone have any suggestions on a cheese that would go well with it?

Chef Magneon Feta would probably go well with that. I agree with Mageon feta or parmensan anything sharp.

i think you can go with roquefort and have a different gourmet-y taste... roquefort cheese goes well with spinach and green leaves in general. I also agree on the feta or you could also try goat cheese

Feta is always good with black olives and/or spinach 8D
I wonder if Gruyere would work with that? I tried to make the olive bread from Personal Trainer cooking, and it calls for that... unfortunately, it sucked. Probably because I had no ham to put in.
