-About Ansel- Hair color: Yellow, then orange, then red. It's longer than it looks, it's held up in the back. Eye color: Left blue, right green. He's not missing an eye. The eye patch is an accessory. Age: Ageless? Location: Everywhere! Likes: Colors, strange music, flowers, art, pretty stuff. Dislikes: Dark or gray-ish colors, people who annoy him, people he doesn't get along with, monochromatic color schemes. Favorite Colors: All of them! Warm colors are his favorites over cool colors, tough. Music: Mostly Bowie, but anything he finds interesting.
-About- Ansel loves pretty colors and pretty people. He's a good guy, unless he doesn't like you, but at least he's honest. He can be pretty opinionated. If he likes you, he likes you and if he doesn't he probably really doesn't. He doesn't like to fight, he'd rather get into verbal arguments.
He's the oldest god around DC (Don't tell him that, he doesn't want to be ooold!) so he's got a good understanding of his power and how to use it. He knows how things work.

-Ansel's Planet-
Ansel had passed by the planet several times, it was lifeless and empty. He had not yet found a planet for himself, and after seeing this one over and over again, he determined it was good enough. He didn't do much to the planet, he wasn't worried about how it looked. He changed it's soil to a pretty red color, because it was too dark and plain before. Red was one of Ansel's (many) favorite colors. He made the terrain lumpy and cavernous. That was all he did to the place, because he was more concerned about the life he would develop than where they lived. It was good enough. He could always help them to adapt, anyway.
-*-*-*-*-*-
Ansel flapped his small green wings and turned to a large chalkboard. He was about to create his planet's life, and he wanted everything to be just right.
At first he drew a circle, but then his mind went blank. So he moved to another spot and started over.
He drew a body and colored it with green chalk, like his right eye. Ansel decided that these critters were going to live under the ground, so he gave them strong legs for digging. He gave it large, dark eyes, to let it see through the darkness. But then it looked too plain, so he gave it two horns on the top of its head. The last thing Ansel did was give it fangs, just because fangs are wicked cool sometimes. Before he knew it, the creature he had just though up was born and his planet supported a new life.
Soon after his first creation burrowed under his planet's surface, Ansel decided his next creation would be one he'd actually get to see more of. So he turned back to the the circle he first drew. Experiencing some artist's block, the first thing he did to the circle was draw another circle in the center, which was to be the creature's eye. Then he gave the creature green wings, like his, but a little different. It was going to live in the air. He colored its core yellow, a favorite color of his, and finally gave the creation feelers, to make it more interesting.
Ansel decided his next creation would be his last, because three was his favorite number. He drew a large head and a round, stubby little body, with two small legs and two arms. He gave this one wings, more similar to his than the last in that they weren't useful when it came to flight, though they were awesome to look at, but kept the wings seperate from the creature's body. He thought back to his first creation, which was kind of crepy looking, now that he thought about it, so he decided to make this one cute. He gave it large eyes, blue like his left eye, and low set on the face . He gave a happy little smile to the face. He colored this one bright orange, another of his favorite colors, and then decided that it was done.
He had made them all tough, because his planet was not an easy place to live. He loved them all, but he had to admit he liked the third best. He decided no creature would be dominant over the others, after all, they didn't need to be. They all lived seperately. They were all his babies and part of his strange new little world.
Ansel moved the chalkboard out of his way and cracked his knuckes, taking one more look at his planet before going off to entertain himself with other things.

-Ansel's Home-
Ansel has a fairly simple home, for a god, anyway. It was made invisible to the eyes of his creations, but anything else could see it. The most interesting thing about the place was that it was raised off the ground a good deal.
-The Living/Entertainment Room-
The first room has bright orange walls and turquoise carpeting. Right in front of the door is a blue/green/purple mat. One or two Bowie posters were slapped randomly on the walls, and there were a few windows. In the middle of the room is a large transparent panel, allowing Ansel to keep track of his lil' critters. To the left of the door is a table and two chairs, beyond that is a fridge. In the back of the room is a blue-green curtain, drawn half-closed, that separates the dwelling's two main rooms on occasion, but it mostly lingers between open and closed. Just in front of the curtain is a couch that wraps around the back left corner of the room. It could seat five, and each cushion was a different color of the rainbow, except purple. Purple is the color of the matching table. In the back right corner of the room was Ansel's favorite chair, it was big, well-cushioned and red orange in color. Next to the chair was a small blue-green table. A few lights of various colors were thrown around the right wall of the room, but that was about it.
-Ansel's Room-
To the other side of the half-assed curtain divider was Ansel's room. It was darker looking and more plain than the other room. The walls were a rich purple and the carpeting was a grassy green. To the left was the room's only light source, a standing lamp with three separate lights of different colors. In the back of the room was Ansel's bed, surrounded by another curtain that dwindled between open and closed. This time the curtain was blue. The sheets on the bed were silky, and dark red. Next to the bed was an orange table, and on the right wall was a door leading to Ansel's closet. Just in front of the closet was a mat, just like the one in front of the front door, but red/orange/yellow instead of blue/green/purple.
-The Closet-
The closet was Ansel's favorite part of his home. It seemed endless and was filled with all the pretty clothes he could have ever dreamed of.

-Friends-Lea- Ansel likes Lea. 3nodding She's friendly, likes clothes and pretty colors. What's not to like? Absinthe- Ansel likes Absinthe too. He seems like a neat guy, and he looks pretty colorful.Violet- Violet's okay. Ansel would like to see her in more that one color, but is pretty sure he can help "convert" her. She's meek.Neutral Persephone- Ansel doesn't have much of an opinion on her.Not Friends Mahou Yuki- So far, his least favorite person. At first, Ansel just thought he was boring and monochromatic. But now he thinks he's just plain nuts, and apparently quick to snap. What he likes least is how he just seems to act like he's better than everyone.Viridian- Ansel doesn't know Viridian too well. But she looks stubborn, so he's not inclined to get to know her. She's monochromatic and friends with Yuki, so he figures she's just another someone he won't get along with.
