A white haired beauty walked slowly through the gardens as the half moon slowly rose in the night sky. She was hard to see due to her very dark skin and dark red dress. Only her blue eyes, well adjusted to the darkness, made her stand out in the quiet of the evening. She looked at each sleeping flower in the dim light. She liked to walk the gardens are this time of night. It was quiet and serene, not filled with silly laughing females and pompous men looking to steal a bit of innocence away. She laughed softly to herself at the thought.
"Innocense, now long has it been since I had that? Heh, far too many years."
She twirled the white mask in her hand, the mark of a creature known as a kitsune. A trickster and a seductress, that's what it was said to be. How fitting she wore its mask.

Spectre was busy being driven insane as he struggled against his magical bindings. At first it had been out of desperation, then he slowed in his attempts to regain his physical form as it all seemed rather futile, but he had recently started again just to alliviate his boredom. He could make himself manifest, like a small wisp of smoke, barely noticeable. But anything more was impossible but it hadn't stopped him from trying and wasting a lot of his own psychic energy over it. Whoever had managed to seal him away like this and steal his body was going to pay most dearly for what they had done. For now he was outside, he found it was easier to be seen when he was closer to the earth and the Labyrinth's pulse. When he was in the castle it was nearly impossible to appear, with the exception of the hall of stairs in the central tower, where his body had been sealed away. He paused in his thoughts as he felt the presence of another soul in the vicinity. Who had dared disturb him in his vengeful thoughts. He focused on becomming some sort of recognisable shape, ready to scare the pants off whoever was foolish enough to cross his path.

Calistina continued her slow walk around the garden. She felt as if she wasn't really alone but couldn't see nor hear anyone near by. She stopped to sit next to a fountain and run her hand through its cool waters. She had heard whispers of a ghost now haunting certain areas outside but she didn't believe in such things. Long white hair slid down her dark shoulder as she looked at her reflection in the water.

Spectre watched as the intruder came into view. It was female, not that it made any difference to him. Men, women, children, they were all the same to him. He concentrated his energy on an area next to the strange woman, managing a small, snake-like hissing noise next to her ear. If only he had his full powers back, he could have driven her insane with one glance, but sadly that was not possible.

"So you finally decide to show yourself do you?"
The blue eyed woman looked next to her, no fear in her eyes. In fact, she looked rather curious. If you didn't know it, you'd think she was a drow, but her had too much color in her skin for it.
"Are you trying to scare me, ghost? Or are you merely looking for a friend?"

The evil spirit of the Labyrinth appeared out of nowhere, his form nothing more that a distortion of the air or sometimes in it's stronger moments it looked like a human shaped puff of smoke. The clearest thing about him was his enraged expression. "Whichever one gets you to leave first, elf." he said in a cold whisper, although to anyone listening, they would be unsure as to whether it was a noise or a voice inside their head.

Calistina simply took out a fan and fanned herself a bit while she spoke. She looked completely calm and serene as she looked into the angry glare of the spirit. This spirit seemed familiar yet completely unknown to her. What about made her feel safe and nervous at the same time. It was an interesting experience and she decided she wanted to know more about this spirit. The others would undoubtedly not give her very good information as fear tends to clog the mind with silly things, so why not ask the spirit itself? "And why should I leave Spirit? It is a lovely night, do you not wish for a bit of company? You can at least give me your name so I am address you properly."

Spectre glowered at the woman angrily. His anger wasn't really directed at anyone in particular, except maybe for that rat of Goblin King and his idiotic twin who had managed to trap him somehow. Most the time he was just perpetually cranky, somthing that had wrosened since he had lost his body. "Ah, you seem to have mistaken me for some sort of benign spirit." he said with a smile that was anything but friendly "I assure you that is not the case. I am Spectre, spirit of the Labyrinth and the opposing half of Eidolon."

"Oh I didn't particularly care what type of spirit you were. I was just curious about your name. It is nice to meet you Spectre, spirit of the Labyrinth. Might I inquire as to why you are such an angry spirit? Did something happen to you or are you just a moody little sprite?"
Her cold blue eyes stared right back at him with no hint of fear or even anger at his attitude. Calistina continued conversing with the spirit as if it were just another member of court. If he was the spirit of the Labyrinth, then she was keenly interested in him. The secrets he must know! How thrilling to think she might get some from me. And she wouldn't even have to sleep with him!
