It traumatized me as a child, and then the Mac gave me hope again. I honestly had fantasies about murdering Bill Gates. And Xbox is more of a computer than most, if you break it down and look at the insides. The graphics don't allow for anything much better either. Also, most of the Xbox games are showing up for PC anyway, whether they're actually being sold or being reproduced illegally over the internet, so I don't see the point in buying a whole new system just to play them.
But that's beside the point. I just like PS2 games better. 3nodding What traumatized you as a child? hehe I think the recent mac advertising campaign about sums up the difference between PC and Macs. I'm a PC guy
razz The whole campaign has been pretty successful for Mac especially since it's targeting young people who want to be trendy.
Hrm I probably couldn't argue Xbox isn't more a computer than ps2 but certainly could vs the ps3. If you were a PC gamer, then I could see how this statement would matter. If you aren't, then what does it matter to you? The reason they come out for both is because you can use the same programming for the PC and Xbox ( which i suppose goes to support the xbox is a pc idea
smile ) You know what this means? Just more platform choices for consumers. It certainly doesn't hurt us. It simply offers more choices.
I just don't understand hardcore fanboyism. Every console has it's pros and cons. Every console has it's great games which essentially drive the sales of it. I'm still waiting for that must play game on PS 3. Until then, the Wii360 will work just fine ;P
