All the groups in the Gaia slots, there are always all sorts of groups that deal with 'sex' or 'cyber fun' or 'hot tub roleplay'.

It's pretty much the same in all of the games. Mostly I play Cards if I decide to use my tokens instead of selling them straight off, and I see a lot of cyber topics there, too. I think its bound to happen on any system that allows real time chatting - whether its flash, java or whatever.
Silly peoples with nothing better to do...

Sometimes those topics can be rather misleading, though. A chatroom named "Orgasm Central!!" could just be a quiet room with the occasional "Congrats" for completion or winning of a game within the room. But then another could be named "Political Debate Taking Place" and be all about pixel on pixel action. :P
Then there's the fact that if people really wanted to do an "orgy" kind of cyberfest in the chatrooms, they could make it so you could never catch them in the act. Just make a passworded room and give that password only to those you want in. Name it something docile or mature. How would you ever know that behind that locked door, there's six avatars committing crude acts on that slot machine lever? xP

The only topics that have that right now are the multiple RP chats... and sometimes even they get reported.

No, only one of those are true. I'm 21, male, and I do not live in New Zealand. xD
I think the highlight of that room was when my boyfriend (at that time) entered the room. Mods have that nice ability to get around locks and passwords. He was met with this from me: "I said 'hot guys only, plz.' Did you not read that? DD:" I got bit for that. >_>"

RP rooms aren't the only ones that get the benefit of the doubt, I sometimes skip Locked rooms, too. Public rooms with topics like "Cyber Here" are shown no mercy, however.

what i do is if i want to go to one with a friend and chat i dont name a room and make it passworded so gross sickos dont come in

I know what you mean. When I'm on the slots, sometimes there will be a person who will pop up and say something like cyber pm me and then get out. I wouldn't have a problem with explicit things as long as it was done in the name of art or in the name of education. Not because you don't have anybody around and you can't keep it in your pants...

i notice a lot too, I MEAN A LOT, they have them everywhere and in towns,they keep putting things like"sex party" "slaves needed" theyre doing this everywhere, crying crying stressed stressed
