Okay who has the patient to teach some ppl who arent one bit literate to be semi-literate.... cuz my Teammate and her friend can't RP very well.... in a way it angered me because for every one reponse there were like 5+ waiting for me...

You can't roleplay well without decent literacy, so note that.
I don't know what he means actually, because I couldn't understand exactly what he meant. But he's asking people to teach his team members some literacy...
To roleplay well, one needs to be easily understood, literate, non-godmoding, and respect and obey the rules of a rp.
But he shouldn't be complaining by starting a forum on this. This should've been settled privately or he could've kept his opinion to himself.
