Abilities: Can run faster than anyone in the world and controls water.
Appearance: She's five feet, nine inches tall, with dirt blonde hair that stops at her mid-back.
Personality: Nice, loves to talk, cool, random, funny.
History: Kat was skinny and big-boned. Her skin was pale and no matter how long she stood in the sun, it always would be. She loved swimming and reading, but didn't have money to by many books, and the library was twenty miles from where she lived. She had no car and no bike, and her parents were both drug addicts, and she was terrified of them. So far Kat had one scar where her dad had hit her, it was in the shape of his thumb nail, yet about 3 inces bigger on her right cheek. Then on her thumb she had been burnt by a cigarette when her mom purposely put it out on her. Kat has tried to run away from home so many times, that she has given up. No one beleives her, not even her Grandma. The police always brought her back, and then she would get beat, the poor girl only wants out of the house, she wants to not be beat by her parents every day.. She finally gets to go and live with her Grandma when her parents go to jail for drinking and driving and Kat becomes happier, livlier. She starts making friends for the forst time in thirteen years.
