I'm a beast with nunchaku, but I love brass knuckles. The knucks give you a percision bonus, because if you hit an enemy's bone it gets busted.
But you have to have the right size though, and that's always a problem. Over all Brass Knuckles, but a real preference to unarmed combat.

I hadn't really expected someone to post brass knuckles as a favorite. I think the Jian is pretty interesting, I'm learning to use it right now.

lol well considering that i've only had training with a guan (think the chinese version of a bo) and a broadsword.... i'd stick with the guan.

Escrima sticks would have to be my favorite. Second would be a basic dagger.

eek wow did I post here at all or no? I skimmed and read some of the post here and I looked through my collection of weapons to get an idea of my favorite one. I'd have to say and I'm to say it as I seem the only one here interested in western weapons that my saber or my cutlass are my favorites. My saber is awesome. 3nodding

Just for the record, the Nodachi and Odachi are seperate weapons, so no nerd there. lol I've found a new interest in the jian and guan. The Guan Dao is aesthetically pleasing though.

i would say a pair of spiked gauntlets. nothin says baddass more than blocking a sword with your forearm then punching 4 holes into your opponets chest. lol xd second would be the dagger. small and easy to conceal, and it can be thrown if necessary.

hmmmmm favorite weapon
the katana blade, can be used to stab, hack and slice was proven the ultimate weapon on the discovery channel thin blade with strong metals light yet heavy handle but it cant keep an enemy at a distance so there is a risk of being sliced yourself

Lately i've been interested in short swords such as the Greek xiphos, Roman Gladius/Spatha and the Nepalese kukuri (don't think a kukuri is even considered a sword, oh well.)
