"Troublesome little thing, aren't you?" Yi Jen Ro muttered, looking down at that fleshy blob in his hands. It hadn't done anything but scream, poop, cry, scream, poop, spit up, and piss ever since he got it. Which hasn't been all that long, only 4 sleepless nights.
But it was taking its toll on him. He was no longer a young man. Dark bags were under his eyes which were bloodshot themselves. He was smelling fairly ripe, and his clothes look like they hadn't been changed in a few days.
At least he was making his way to change that?
He was currently in a park, walking down a fairly steep hill, baby in his arms. Tall evergreen trees plunged the park in perpetual shade, keeping the air about 10 degrees cooler. Ahead, in the distance, a few kids were running around in the sun, in what was occasionally a soccer field, but now looked more like a game of tag was going on there.
Over to his right, some kids playing pingpong on a table by a garage lookin' storage shack. Some kids eating their lunch in a covered area near that.
And what he was looking towards, a small little wading pool they had there, with a few other kids splashing around in it. Mostly toddlers, with a handful of parents looking over them.
"Well... going to be quiet?" he asked.
