No matter how you spin it, I'm the one here who has the most experience fighting Kabukus, and now that I've abolished the 'You need the user's permission to PK his PC' rule, you are going to need my help.
A Kabuku's primary ability is to control every cell in his/her body, thus making it incredbily hard to kill. You see, if they have absolute control over their bodies, that means they have accelerated healing, and with enough mastery, they could even choose not to feel pain or increase they're strength. And quite possibly open gates without dying [Citation Needed].
Kabuku Clan, Saibou Ishi Ability
A master can almost instantly heal wounds and even reattach severed limbs making them near invincible in battle.
We can, however, be at ease at the fact that due to the chakra concentration in this ability, the a majority of Kabuku won't be Nin/Pow types. Sure they maybe be able to use simple jutsu, but even genin can counter those. So for a typical Kabuku, it would be wise to use a Nin types, but even then I can't grantee your survival.
Kabuku Clan, Saibou Ishi Ability
The downfalls however are quite evident. With such a large amount of chakra devoted to Saibou Ishi, all but the simplest jutsus become impossible to use. Only a true monster has enough chakra to also use power jutsus.
HYBRIDS ARE A NO-NO
Hybriding your stats is a lot like walking on a puddle of oil with a candle. If you do it right, you won't get burned. THIS IS NOT APPLICABLE TO FIGHTING KABUKU. As I've learned, without the proper concentration in a field, you will be injured and will possibly die, without the aid of a higher-ranking ninja.
Sakurai/Mokuhakai vs. Ifuuki
Mokuhakai had the dying tree grow an extra branch that stopped the bag and the scalpels, save for one. Once scalpel chipped the edge of a branch which diverted it's original flight path, but dug itself into Mokuhakai's shoulder all the same. He screamed in agony.
Why did this happen? Because Sakurai is a hybrid. He is a Nin-Tai type, mainly using his ninjutsu to compliment his fighting style. Had he been strictly ninjutsu (or manifested into Mokuhakai completely, who is a pure Nin-type, btw), the outcome would've looked something like this:
Nin-type Sakurai/Mokuhakai vs. Ifuuki

A massive, polished dome formed around Ifuuki "Makindou (Demonic Requiem)" Mokuhakai, shifted one of his palms so it was upside down, so that his fingers were resting on his wrist. Countless spires erupted from the dome impaling Ifuuki and temporarily immobilizing her. This would give time for Mokuhakai to escape.
See the difference? Yeah, it's shocking isn't it? Anyway, I'm going to list the possible types that can survive against a Kabuku. Yes, there are a couple of hybrids that may work, I just haven't tested them out.

HYUUGAS CAN MAKE KABUKUS BLEED
James hasn't elaborated on as to why, but I have a theory of my own. Injecting foreign Chakra disrupts the flow of their own complex chakra path, causing their Kekki Genkai, to quiet literally 'Shut Down' until it can pull itself together. The only Clans that I know of that can inject chakra from their own bodies are the Hyuuga and the Tao[Citation Needed]. The downside is that, the only Tao I know of is on Ifuuki's team. Yes, it appears that s**t is raining down on us, but do not let that get you down. With this wonderful guide, I shall lead you to victory! In any case, It would definitely pay to have a Hyuuga or Tao in your team.

Sakurai's feral experssion melted away into the look of defeat. And just below, "Ganeni, the plan! Knock out the girl on the crane, take her somewhere safe." And with that [Shinji] swooped up the distorted tree flipped up onto the platform and slammed a Jyukenshou into Ifuuki's mouth.
