I was wondered if there's any post or video pertaining to the safety of Ranger events. My mom (I'm sure some one's parents must be like this) isn't the person who would say yes to "Hey, can I go -insert activity- with a voice actor?" or "Hey, can I -another activity- with the Risembool Rangers?". If there's anything like this, could you please inform me. I'd like my mom to know Ranger related stuff is safe and not some ploy to corrupt my pure mind <---Load of bull.

I'd like one of those too, but to prove to my mom the rangers aren't a bunch of unorganized, event-ruining, otaku. The only 2 ranger events I've been to where, well, less enjoyable than expected. The first was canceled (and we didn't know that) because the person running it's roomate had to go to the emergency room, (not the rangers' fault) and then at AX, well risemball and the dinner got alittle screwed up becuase we didn't have enough officers there to help plan and scheduals conflicted (again not the ranger's fault).

same here! my mom doesn't like the fact that i think i can meet my idol at this age, and she doesn't like the fact that i talk with other rangers. she's a pain!

Take your mom to a con. That's what I did. She thought we were all a bunch of creepy, druggie, satan worshipers. Once we got there the only creepy thing to her was the cosplayers. She realized that they weren't that bad.

Well, when you're at a convention that Vic happens to be at, why not ask him to say what Risembool rangers is about? At tandokucon my one friend Ice was making a documentary for a class and needed to record a voice actor to talk about what cons are in general and Vic was more than happy to do it.

I could always ask Vic to make a video saying what the Rangers are about... I mean, I'm not sure if he has a video camera or what but I could always ask.

My parents come with me to cons, I'm lucky. They hang out nearby, but I've explained to them how Vic is a good rolemodel and that he's nice...
And my parents have seen him talk at closing ceremonies, and during a panel once, so they agree he's "an alright guy". Just do what I do and drag them to a panel with you (okay... not actually dragging them... just ask them nicely to come sweatdrop yeah, you know what i mean...) and maybe take them over to talk to Vic if you can. They'll come around, they just gotta give Vic a chance smile .
