When the dai li arrived with their new prisoner they threw her into a cell surrounded by metal. It was basically a metal box with a slit in the door. When she was in the cell they released her of the chains but kept the stone around her limbs and mouth. The captain closed the door and locked the door and then left to retrieve his commander while four dai li stayed to guard her.

The dai li captain had returned with his commander and ordered his men to open the cell. Rajin slowly approached the cell with slight cuation but still with much confidence. When he saw the person in the cell he sighed and bended the stone off from her limbs and mouth. "I am ashamed of you. Why would you treat a guest in the manner." He said to his men with disappointment in his voice. "I am sorry miss for the manner of which my men have treated you in." Rajin spoke to the girl with sincerity.
Rajin's men were deeply confused and the captain tried to interupt and asked what he had meant but Rajin wouldn't allow him to speak.

Tsuzuki raised an eyebrow as she rubbed her burning wrists. This didn't make any sense. People who were obviously higher up in the Earth Kingdom didn't just go pop in and help down at the prison. "So I assume that I'm supposed to do something in return? Quid pro quo," She asked.
Although she didn't look like it, she was well versed in the 'you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours' way of life.

"No, not at the moment." Rajin replied. "Please, lets go somewhere where its not so depressing." He added as he turned away and began walking down the hall but slowly waiting for the girl to follow. He was obviously putting some amount of trust in her by turning away. He was hoping that even at a young age she would have enough honor not to attack someone from behind when they were not expecting it.

((I'm not going to be able to stay on. Just found a public computer with the internet smile ))
Tsuzuki followed nervously. The thought of attacking the man from behind never crossed her mind; there were way too many guards around for her to do anything successfully. "So," she asked quietly, "What is this favor going to be? You did say not at the moment which means that I'm going to have to do something for you later. But I would guess the more pressing question at the moment would be: Where are we going?"
She wasn't about to agree to anything. Recently, her trust in any Earth Kingdom official had deminished greatly. She hoped that they were heading somewhere nice like a garden and not a deeper region of the prison. She also had hoped that he didn't know about her newly appointed position right under the Fire Lord.

Rajin led her to an office that was well lit unlike the rest of the prison which only light source were glowing crystals. The room was definitely nicer than all the rest. It had water tribe rugs and earth kingdom furniture which was finely finished. Rajin walked behind a desk and sat in the seat behind it. After he sat down he pour them both a cup of tea that sat on a small table beside them and then gestured the dai li to wait outside the door. "Well you are correct. I am going to ask you of something. Would you care for some tea?" Rajin asked while waiting for her to take a seat.

Tsuzuki took a seat cautiously and stared at the tea. Oh boy. Her mind was racing a mile a minute and the question only made things worse. If she took it, she could subject herself to some sort of poison but, if she didn't take it, she would be seen as rude and untrusting. "Yes please," her voice wavered as she gingerly took the tea from in front of her but she wasn't going to drink it until the man across the desk from her did. She asked suspicously, "So what is this favour?"

Rajin took a sip of his tea and gently set the cup on his desk, setting both his hands where the young lady could see them. "Nothing big." He replied with a small smile. And after a short pause he add, "Just stay out of the Earth Kingdom."

Tsuzuki was suddenly sick. She didn't have anywhere to go now except the Air Temples which weren't exactly easy to get to and the Fire Nation. She set down her tea and pointed to the door where the Dai Li guards stood, "You kinda make it hard to argue. But, let's say I said no. What would happen?"

"Well lets say that you do say 'no'. You would either be imprisoned in like you just were about ten minutes ago or you would be executed. It all really depends on the circumstances, such as, does the Earth Kingdom really want to spend money for 'X' amount of time to keep you alive while your imprisoned or just perform a low cost execution and be down with it." Rajin replied to the the girls question. "But I am sure you wouldn't want either of those. And I am giving you a chance to leave the Earth Kingdom unharmed in any way." Rajin added as he took another sip of his tea.

'Why is it always me?' Tsuzuki sighed to herself. She had yet another decision to make: leave the Earth Kingdom unharmed and try her luck as an Air Nomad which would, eventually, fail or tell this guy who she was and her importance which would garauntee her safety as a hostage but quickly make the leaving option go away. 'I've lived a good life,' she thought before spilling who she was. She asked cautiously (not in the snobbish way that this question was generally asked), "Do you know who I am?"

"As a matter of fact I do. You are Tsuzuki Okami, a convict of the Earth Kingdom from the Fire Nation. Your around the age of fifteen and your original hair color is blond." Rajin stated. He had a small file on her in his desk just like he had one for every other convict in the Earth Kingdom. "Why is there anything else I should add to your file?" Rajin asked curiously.

Tsuzuki's anxious smile turned into an all-knowing grin. She took the tea in front of her and downed it before stating calmly, "Well, first of all, I'm turning sixteen soon. Second of all, you obviously don't know about my now being a convict of the Water Tribes. Northern one especially. And," she drew out the word, getting ready to take a dive into shark infested waters, "I just so happen to be a Commodore directly under the Fire Lord."
She placed her glass down gently on the table, relieved to finally have everything out in the open. "Your move, Skip," she said with a smile.

"Interesting." Rajin said calmly. He thought about the situation and what this meant. He could have her executed however with that course of action it would surely bring war. He mulled this over for a moment not giving any hit of discomfort or worry. "Well in this case we are forcing you to leave now. And if you are caught in the Earth Kingdom again then you will be executed. You have been warned so if you do return then we are not at fault. And there will be no conflict between nations." Rajin stated. He pushed his chair out and stood and whistled. Upon whistling his dai li officers enter the room and surrounded the both of them. "They will escort you to the docks and pay your toll to travel back to the fire nation. It was a pleasure to meet you but I am a very busy man Ms.Okami. Good-bye." Rajin calmly yet demandingly said to the young fire bender. "And I apologize in advance but we must take precautions when transporting you." Rajin added as he nodded to the dai li. The dai li then bended stone to Tsuzuki's hands and feet and placed her in a chair. Only seven of the dai li surrounded her and took her outside of the room to bend the earth around the eight of them and transport her to the docks.
