Well, she doesn't sound like a dying wombat here.

... Josh's vibrato sounds very forced, however.

But the singing was remotely decent this time.

Personally, I like Josh's performace. He says that we wants to one day get into musical theater and I think this is the perfect part for him! His voice is so pure and just..ahh! I loved it.

Now Sarah...I think that she's just getting too old for the part of Christine. Her voice wasn't that great! She had to slid to get to those notes, so I think that she needs to let go of Christine because she really can't sing it well. And if it was just that performance that made her sound bad, then it wasn't her best performance and if she's like that now...then she should stop it. She was great 20 years ago, but now she's just too old for the part of a 16 year old.

Overall, I thought it was good, though!

Just because she likes the part does not mean that she can play it accurately anymore.

(old news, I know, but still) I thought it was very nice. I knew Josh Groban had a wonderful, classically-trained voice, but until then I had never thought of him as Raoul (good idea!). Usually I love Sarah Brightman's voice, but there was something odd about it at the Concert (maybe it was the key of the song, since it was in a different key than usual or something, I dunno)

Most of all, I loved Andrea Bocelli singing "Music of the Night"! 3nodding heart

I liked Josh's performance, but Sarah didn't really sing Christine's part so well. I'm just hoping it was one of her off days.

Call me biased, but I didn't like Andrea Bocelli singing music of the night. I will always love Michael Crawford's amazing voice, he puts such emotion into it. Bocelli was flat. I hated that rendition of Jesus Christ superstar. I thought Groban and Brightman were pretty good.

I thought Sarah had done much better at other times, she didn't have that purety I've come to expect in her voice, but it may have just been that the venue didn't have the world's best accoustics. Groban did pretty good.

Sarah can usually bring me to utter tears when she sings, but she seemed a bit off at the Diana performance.

My favorite was Donny Osmon in Any Dream will do.

Bocelli was the worst to me.

I just watched the performance of All I Ask of You on Youtube. Josh is good, but Sarah's sounded terrible.
