Cannot get on WoW

Cannot get on WoW. I don't know why. I open the game and the Terms of Agreements have changed apparently. But I can't scroll down because the wording only takes up about half the window so I can't go to the bottom to accept. Any suggestions?

Hrm - maybe try & change the resolution of your screen to something smaller or larger? I'm not really sure if that'll work... you could also try the repair utility, or as a last resort, reinstall. There's also a help line you could try & call, or make a post on the forums.
