This seems to streight forward, and no, it doesn't. It helps you with the development of Clarivoyance, you need to help it or "feed" it in order to get the full effect. Feeding as in energy, like energy work, astral projection (animal magnitism is a major side effect), meditation, and prayer belive it or not. I practice Voudon and by praying to the loa, they give you signs and tell you things, thats just how powerful they are. You can ask your guides to open your third eye or do chakra work. It's simply your pinneal gland, which controls dreams and spiritual awarness and astral projection.
