Every year a new selection of teachers are selected, some say this is to ensure that they have but the best of the best and other say it is so no bonds can ever be made with the students. Well this year is no different. The school is recruiting the best teachers for the job. All of them who have been through these courses themselves. Some say the student they pick will be their protege, to take their place in future years. Once word spreads around that there's teachers position opening up, people frolic around from area to area to this grand city Algol. Citizens rise their prices while they watch with dollar signs in their eyes of those newcomers who come here to try to reach their dream? Today is that day, when the list of teaching jobs to be fulfilled, these will be the people who will decide the fate of oh so many people.


Analysts: Good impression are hard to make, you'll be the judge of those who apply. You can ask them questions you deem necessary, but you can not ask them what city they are from, as how that would violate Algol's compact. Things you can ask are from flying to their life styles. Get to know them on almost a personal level, for you will see if they will be a proud achievement of this school, or make a mockery of us.

Physicist:Those who want to fly must overcome gravity first. You will see if they can handle flying through the air by using our state of the art "Orbitron" and "Force G Simulator." Those two machines will see if they can handle tossing and turning of flight, and if they can withstand the force they will feel during flying. Being the physicist, you'll know how long, and how strong to set the machines. Watch for the students' endurance to it as well as their weakness.

Technician/Safety Instructor:When come to flying, you have to know where everything is located, which most students will. So your job is to show them how to put their knowledge to use when something goes wrong. You will be allowed to one of our cargo planes, and create your own disasters to it. Start rocking it, set fire to the interior, knock off their communication, and navigations see how well they respond. Are they safe for the air? If you think so, you have permission to fly them and show them an emergency evacuation drill. Watch their performances. Drills are crucial for future gut responses.

Captain: Flying may come new to many of these students, so we need an adept captain who knows what he is doing. You may test students on a flight simulator to make sure they have what it cuts to making a pilot. If they do, take them up into the air and hand them controls. You are responsible for their safety. So only skilled captains should apply.

Military Pilot: Pirates lurk the open skies, we need a pilot who knows how to fight them off, a regular dog of war. You'll show them through simulation or through actual air combat, how to fend off a basic attack. Ships cost more money than a person's life, so show them how to make evacuation their last response. Also show them how to jerry rig their ships so if pirates capture it, they won't be able to fly it, but sell it along with whatever crew that goes down with it for scrap metal. We're looking for military personnel only. So far we already have our eye on one selected individual.
