*Notices she's been asking many a question in the past week* >___>;
Lol, sorry for all the questions... but I've been wondering for a while what skill up partying is. I assumed it was where you skill up your weapon skill, but I'm not sure. Where do you skill up at, at what level, and... does it make that much of a difference in battle? Do you get EXP from skill-uping and... yeah. Shower me with your knowledge, FFXI/Gaia guild. x3

You can just /tell me directly in the games ^^"
I'm online atm, but np.
Skill ups :
before 120 = anywhere you want, lol, may be your old exp places.
120+ but before 150 = recommend garlaige citadel, but still anywhere you want.
150-180 or 200 = Kuftal Tunnel, a very popular place, Robber crabs
200+ until capped = The Boyahda Tree, Steelshell crab
After 150+ Yes, you fight the easy prey or above mobs, small exp over time.

Yup your correct, a skill a bunch of people that get together to skill up a weapon that they don't normally use in exp parties. They skill up so they can use certain power ws on HNMs. You wont really need to worry about it until endgame.
People usually team up to fight mobs that they cant kill on their own. The weapon that people normally use are weapons that the job isnt as skilled with. Like the weapon level will cap at a earlier number then a weapon that the job is good with.
For example a mnk's h2h skills will cap at a higher level that its staff skills. Because the weapons cap so low, its not wise to use those weapons in an exp party. because you will just be slowing down the party and pissing people off.
