Over the next few weeks, things were about as rocky as rocky could be. Oni and the Uhane had come very close to wringing each other's necks and the comstant in house war was starting to wear on everyone. The fact that Oni was about over due for one of his fits didn't help matters either.

The fact remained that it was Oni's fault that he was there and he could not turn him out. A fact Oni refused to admit to and often was replied to with an angry snort. The Uhane was just as bad if not worse with his constant doting on Banana and snarling at Oni ever chance he got. The feien had resorted to hanging around Penn every chance she could get away from the bickering.

"We need hobbies." The Concept decided one morning over a steaming cup of coffee. The both of them got up just early enough to avoid the routine and were enjoying the quiet of the house. Banana, still rubbing the sleep from her eyes blinked up at him curiously expecting him to go on. The goat like features twisted up into a sly yet pondering smirk. He clawed finger tips on the table leaning in close to whisper to her. "Become my apprentice."

Banana blinked up at him curiously stepping just out of the semi-circle his hands made before her. [ In what? I already have a trainer.. ] She signed unsurely. Her wings fanning out at her sides just in case. She trusted Penn not to hurt her, but when he got that certain look.. she could never be too sure.

"Sleight of hand. Pick pocketing my dear. Though I realize that you're a bit small for larger cases, you may see a bauble or two you like." He cooed just above a whisper casting a gaze either side of him to be sure they were infact alone. "Think of it as.. mmh.. part of your lessons." The Concept's knack for charm was already starting to show it's effects in the furrowing of the young girl's brow as she gnawed on the idea. He leaned back in his chair scooping up his mug to take a thoughtful sip watching her with one crimson eye.

[ Well.. Father wouldn't like it.. ] She finally answered feeling a bit secured in finding some reasonable way to turn it down.

"You father is throwing a fit over a problem -he- brought upon himself." Penn countered. Banana couldn't argue that. There really wasn't anyway around it.
